On average, the process of site creation takes about 20 working days. However, if the site requires the customer faster, we can significantly shorten the time. We can do this by bringing to perform a larger number of professionals working on weekends. As an alternative, we can start programming the site without the approval of the site layout, although in this case, labor increases. The reason for the increase of labor is that after the approval of the site layout we have to make changes to the already debugged code. It is therefore natural that the urgency of creating a site involves increasing the project budget.

The process of creation web sites in our studio consists of several stages.

Preparation of technical assignment and the contract for site development. 
We collect information on the Internet on the scope of the client, analyze the sites of competitors and customer's Brief of the site. Based on the information received, we are drawing up terms of reference, which establishes time frames to create a site and their cost.

For sites with very sophisticated functionality, we conclude a separate agreement to develop a technical task. The development program for usability testing increases the total cost of the project. However, the correct interpretation of results is increasing the likelihood of obtaining user-friendly of web site. On average, this phase takes 3 working days. 

Adoption of the treaty and technical buildings at the site developed by the customer. 
The customer is studying the contract and terms of reference and, if necessary, makes adjustments. Agreed documents signed by the Customer first, and then by Studio. Our standard Public Contract Offer provides for prepayment of 50%. Work on site started on the day following the receipt of advance in our bank account. Creating a web site prototype.
We are developing 2 or more mokups for home page with different concepts and offer their customers. The customer chooses the option he likes and sends us comments to the designer. Based on the comments we finalizing the mockup of the main page, and design mockups of pages that show the main sections of the site. The templates are consistent with the customer. On average, this phase is 7 working days.

The next day, following the agreement of all the proofs we are starting programming of site. At the same time, our copywriter can start drafting the text of filling.

Creating a site. 
At this stage, produced a prototype site layout, integration was created mock-ups in the management site, the implementation of the functionality in accordance with the terms. On average, this phase takes 10 working days.

Site testing.
After the completion of phase program we are undertaking their own testing to develop a site and address identified issues. During such testing in addition to detecting issues checked its compatibility with major browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera. Then we place site on our hosting, where is going final testing by client.

Placing of a site in operation. 
After acceptance, the customer pays for the second half of the value of a site. After receiving payment, we transfer the site to host the Customer and filling it with material provided by the customer or developed by our studio. Then we conduct training of one authorized person of customer about managing  the site.

During the 3 months following the implementation of site we are fixing issues that were not detected at the stage of testing and answer questions that relate to filling and operation of the site.

In the event that a client needs more long-term technical support there is a separate contract. In the event that the operation must substantially change the functionality of the site or design, such work is carried out under a separate contract.
